"Kaleidoscope Quest (K-quest) is a career transition programme like no other. It is aimed at those that are about to lose, or have already lost their jobs and are looking for inspiration before their next career move. It was originally designed to help to mitigate the negative mental health impact of unemployment.
It is unique in that it has been carefully nurtured over the last 8 years by a group of incredible individuals from diverse backgrounds who have each been through extra-ordinary life experiences and challenges.
Their learnings have been combined to create an interactive 6-week programme that will not only take you on an inspirational journey to better understand your inner drivers and purpose, but will help you to create a ‘step-by-step’ career plan, enabling you to optimise your potential and achieve your goals."

COVID has taught us the fragility of life and we now live in a world where we are more reflective and purpose driven than ever before. It has also given birth to a major crisis that has seen an estimated 800,000 people unemployed due to their mental health.
There has never been a more important time than now for employers to find ways to prevent this mental health crisis from deepening and employees to receive this specialist support. K-Quest is a part of www.Kaleidoscope.Group that has its origins in disability and mental health and is very well placed to address this emerging mental health crisis.

Letting go of a valued member of staff is never easy. However, through K-quest, you can 'soften the blow' by offering your departing staff member(s) a place on our programme. This will give them the best possible start to their next chapter in life.
K-quest encourages you to press 'Pause' on your life and reflect on what really drives & motivates you. This will force you to challenge yourself and ask more questions, rather than doing what you may have always done, by staying in your comfort zone.
Who are you? What are your talents, your hidden talents, your soft skills & hard skills?
Discover what motivates you and begin your journey to purpose & higher performance.
How do you build your Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem levels to yield you success?
We all have a story in life that makes us unique. How can we help you to tell yours?
How do you define your perfect role, find it, and then approach future employers?
How do you interview well and present yourself in the best way to secure success?
Our programme is spread over a 6 week period and includes 6 sessions that are approximately 2 hours each, followed by 2 hours of individual coaching time.
They are delivered online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and are interactive with a small number of other participants.
The output is a 'Step-by-Step' career plan that will form the foundation for your future journey ahead.
Demonstrate you genuinely care for the future welfare of your departing staff member(s) and reinforce your culture, pedigree and values.
Protect and improve your employer brand for future job applicants, in the external market place (e.g. ‘Glassdoor’ and ‘Indeed’ reviews).
Score more highly in selected surveys and generate a sense of company loyalty for those left behind and possible returners.
Gain a more holistic insight into your purpose. This will give you more clarity and increase your self-confidence and self-esteem levels.
Improve your chances of both finding and retaining employment through the creation of your personalised ‘Step-by-Step’ Career Plan.
Our programme will help you to focus on what is important and offer you guidance on safeguarding your mental health.
The rich tapestry of the life experience of our Founder, Hardeep Rai (https://www.kaleidoscope.group/about-ki/) together with his incredible and diverse team is what makes this programme totally unique. Everything we share is from our 'book of life' as opposed to any text book learnings and this yields some remarkable insights. The delivery style is informal yet engaging and encourages openness and disclosure in a psychologically safe space, which is met with compassion, empathy and understanding.
In addition to this, The Kaleidoscope Group have over the last 7 years encountered many complex and challenging environments through its training programmes. This has provided insights, learnings and an understanding, that transcends disability and can be applied to a wider community of individuals from a variety of different backgrounds delivering multiple and wide-ranging benefits to both the employer and employee. This is of particular importance in the current climate with a culture of greater openness.

“Since attending the Programme, I have gone from strength to strength. I finally landed two jobs. I’m a sight loss friendly church advisor for a Christian charity and I am an inclusion consultant for a disabled lead social enterprise.”
"I have enjoyed your Programme. It has helped me to gain confidence and self-esteem. I have also gained valuable knowledge and have been inspired by the programme.”
“This programme helps to give people the confidence and the skills to succeed in different roles. Helping to encourage the interaction between different people, is something that needs to be encouraged, as there are many isolated people that need some real interaction with other people in a positive environment.”
“I found them thought provoking and potentially life changing. I don’t know how you did it, but you extracted so much from the attendees, and helped them re-model the information they gladly gave into something tangible they could take forward with them on their employment journey.
As I said after the first session I attended – I was ‘blown away’ at how you created a safe space for a group of complete strangers to share so much about themselves, and at how quickly they gelled together. It was a privilege to ‘observe’, and judging by the comments made by the participants, something that they have truly enjoyed and will benefit from.”
