I got my dream job, with a dragon's den star, in just 5 days...

One of the most powerful memories of my life dates back to an evening in the Summer of 2010, when I was watching my hero, James Caan on Dragons’ Den. At the time, I had almost reached breaking point. I was going through a divorce,
unhappy in my job, and earning considerably less than my financial value.
I experienced a rare moment in time when something inside me just suddenly shifted and I decided that I was going to find a way to work with James.
Within 4 weeks of making that decision, I met someone connected to him.
Within 2 weeks of meeting that connection, I was introduced to his HR Director.
Within 1 day of meeting his HR Director, I was introduced to James.
Within 5 days of meeting James, I was offered my dream job.
How ever successful I thought my previous career of 16 years in investment management was, I now realise that I had barely scratched the surface of what I was truly capable of. That experience taught me something I will never forget:
When you can define exactly what you want, you will find what you are looking for.

Our programme will help you to define your ideal job, understand your true earning potential, and identify the companies you would most like to work for.
We will work with you to create a personalised six-month roadmap that will help to guide you on the actions that you need to take, to secure your dream job.
You will be encouraged to pause and :
The first part of the programme lasts six weeks and is delivered online through weekly two-hour sessions. Each session will have a maximum of ten participants, ensuring the programme remains personal, interactive and supportive.
The second part of the programme lasts three months and includes mentoring to help you put your six-month roadmap into action.

Who are you? What are your talents, your hidden talents, your soft skills & hard skills?

Discover what motivates you and begin your journey to purpose & higher performance.

How do you build your Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem levels to yield you success?

We all have a story in life that makes us unique. How can we help you to tell yours?

How do you define your perfect role, find it, and then approach future employers?

How do you interview well and present yourself in the best way to secure success?

This is where the programme sets itself apart from anything else. Given the unconventional journey I have had over the last three decades, my advice is rarely to just apply for a job.
Depending on who you target as your ideal companies to work for, we will help you to devise thoughtful and bespoke approaches for each of them.
We will work closely with you, to turn you into a compelling proposition and create a storyboard and pitch deck based on why we think you are the right hire.
Finally, we will assist you with creating a mindset that will help to safeguard your mental health and keep you focused and positive along your journey.

Many of us go through life, on autopilot and just accept where we are and what we have. We then complain we are unhappy despite us having consciously chosen the pathway we are on in the first place.
I was one of those people until the 18/11/2006 when my son Eshan was born with a severe disability. My destiny changed within a matter of minutes, and that was when I realised that time and money wait for no-one.
So, I set up www.Kaleidoscope.Group a company that supports people with disabilities to find their dream jobs or start their own businesses. Over the years, I personally met over 2,100+ individuals from 29 countries, spanning 65+ disabilities and discovered so many were remarkably talented and very capable.
However, they were not getting the opportunities they deserved because society was inadvertently making assumptions about what they could achieve.
This resulted in many of them losing the essence of who they were or what they wanted, in order to assimilate.
So, this programme was originally created with them in mind but has since evolved in to supporting anyone who wants to rediscover their value, rebuild their confidence and redefine their future.

Chantal had spent almost 28 years searching for employment that would pay her what she was worth. Much of the time she was offered roles that were unpaid because people around her were seeing her as a Wheelchair user so were making assumptions about her capabilities.
Through our programme she found her voice, built her confidence and managed to secure an interview with her dream employer P&O Cruises onboard one of their latest cruise ships. Today, Chantal is a valued member of our team!

“Helping to encourage the interaction between different people, is something that needs to be encouraged, as there are many isolated people that need some real interaction with other people in a positive environment.”

“Since attending the Programme, I have gone from strength to strength. I finally landed two jobs. I’m a sight loss friendly church advisor for a Christian charity and I am an inclusion consultant for a disabled led enterprise.”

"I have enjoyed your Programme. It has helped me to gain confidence and self-esteem. I have also gained valuable knowledge and have been inspired by the programme.”
